Where does the market and comparable data come from?
We use RentCast API to pull sold comparables, AVM estimates, live market data (DOM, Sale/List ratio, months of supply), and property details automatically. Street View photos load via Google Maps API.
How is the Confidence Score calculated?
The Confidence Score uses a dual-score system — deal economics (ROI, profit, LTV, hold time) scored separately from data quality (comps count, ARV variance, market DOM). Both are weighted dynamically based on data availability. Kill switches floor the score if critical thresholds are breached.
Are the PDF reports brandable?
On the INVESTOR plan, reports are fully white-labeled with your name, contact info, and branding. PRO plan reports include Revalorae AI branding but look professional in any investor or lender meeting.
